Kay McCarthy, Managing Director & Founder, MCCP- The Independent Strategy Agency

Kay McCarthy, Timoney Leadership Alum 2016, started her own business in the midst of the economic downturn in 2008. She has worked in and with some of the biggest businesses in the world and understands the bravery required as well as the potential rewards of zigging when everyone else is nagging.

Kay’s experience in brand and business strategy came from her time in McCann global and Diageo, among many others, and enabled her to see a gap in how the market was being serviced by agencies. Brands were in need of independent strategic direction and Kay set about forming a research, strategy, innovation and culture agency, to meet this need.

Ronan Morris, Managing Director, Together Digital

Ronan Morris is the founder at Together Digital, an award-winning digital agency which specialises in B2B digital marketing. Together Digital build custom digital strategies mainly for established, mid-large sized B2B firms looking to step up a level. They also implement resulting strategies by building highly conversion-oriented websites with supporting digital marketing.

Ronan Morris is also the Co-author of "Marketing Skills - A Practical Guide" which was published in December 2010 as part of the Management Briefs series in conjunction with Business & Finance.

Dr Joe Pons, Professor of Strategic Marketing

Dr. Joe M. Pons was Marketing Professor for 14 years at IESE Business School, ranked no 1 for Executive Education globally by the Financial Times, before embarking on visiting professorships at Babson College in Boston and San Telmo International Institute in Seville among others.

He leads Strategic Marketing & Sales case study discussions on the Timoney Advanced Leadership Programme each year. He has taught in more than fifty countries in leading business schools such as the Darden School at the University of Virginia, INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France), ESMT in Berlin and Munich, ESADE in Barcelona and IAE in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Skolkovo (Russia).
