About Us
The Timoney Leadership Institute is a not-for-profit organisation which develops leaders across Ireland and the UK to build better organisations and contribute to a better society through better leadership.
We achieve this through our training programme, by accompanying leaders on a journey to deepen their knowledge and expertise of how to lead, and re-evaluate their core leadership principles, so they can confidently and optimistically face the challenges that arise in every leadership role they embark on.
Embarking on our Advanced Leadership Programme is the start of a life-long relationship with fellow participants and with the growing network of alumni.
As members of the Timoney Alumni Association, leaders continue to engage and learn from each other at masterclasses throughout the year. Sharing insights, experiences and peer support enables leaders to keep improving and refining key leadership competencies.
Timoney Leadership Institute focuses on transformational development which changes the way leaders carry out their work and manage their professional relationships with others, while fostering a pursuit of excellence and integrity within their organisation.
