Managing people is as challenging as ever. The uncertainty and turmoil is posing plenty of challenges for attracting talent and when you have it making sure your people thrive, perform and grow. And hopefully stay with you!
There are plenty of tensions and conflicting objectives arising in the future of our workplaces, that are already playing out. This Masterclass will explore them in an interactive discussion with Prof Gregory La Blanc, a lecturer from UC Berkeley, Stanford University and HEC Paris.
This masterclass will take a comprehensive view of how to create the best workplace and nurture an innovative, agile and productive culture in your organisation, taking into account the trends and developments forging the future of work.
This Timoney Alumni Masterclass is a great opportunity to spend time with peer leaders, exchanging experiences on ideas on this key leadership priority - managing people well.
The Masterclass begins on the evening of 5th September with dinner and our guest speaker, Michael Hanley, CEO of Lakeland Dairies who will share leadership insights. The Masterclass with Gregory La Blanc will take place on the following day, 6 September.
