Masterclass

This interactive Masterclass will use a case study and workshop format to prompt an engaging discussion about positive leadership, company culture and core qualities.

The case study describes the dilemma facing a vegetable seed provider considering how best to implement their remote work policy and how their unique organizational culture impacts on their decision making.

In the workshop, participants will be invited to assess their own core qualities in positive leadership, while also considering areas which may require further development. At the end of the session, participants will leave with concrete action implications for their positive leadership style and how they wish to impact positively on those around them.

This Masterclass event will finish at 3.00pm to facilitate participants who need to travel.
