This alumni masterclass with Dr Alberto Ribera of IESE (ranked no 1 by the Financial Times for Executive Education in 2017) will feature a case study containing a real leadership dilemma. 

You will gain further insights into your own leadership style and how it is facilitating or hindering your own and your team’s performance.
