Sandra Sieber, Professor of Entrepreneurship at IESE Business School will lead two interactive workshops on identifying use cases for AI in your business which can accelerate growth & productivity.
The first session will include a refresher on the AI landscape and how it is impacting in different ways on various businesses and industries. It will then take participants through a structured methodology and break-out groups to help identify possible applications in their organisations and how these can be trialled and tested in an effective manner. The second session will capture learnings from the exercise and allow participants to embed the principles and approach into their organisational development as they seek to harness the power of AI for future growth.

Sandra Sieber
Professor in the Entrepreneurship Department, IESE Business School
Dr. Sieber served as the Academic Director of the IESE Global Executive MBA for 7 years and was based at IESE's New York Center from 2012-2014, where she served as Director of Academic Programs. Previously, she was Associate Professor at University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain. From 2001 to 2004, she was the Academic Director of the PwC-IESE ebCenter and in 2003, she was a Visiting Scholar at the Sloan School of Management, MIT.
Most of her current work is centered on how the digital rise is affecting organizations from a variety of perspectives and how leaders have to develop a digital mindset to be able to incorporate the digital dimensions into their daily decision making. From an industry perspective, Dr. Sieber is especially interested in sectors such as media and entertainment, telecommunications, banking, retail and automotive those that are being transformed by recent technological advances.
Professor Sieber has extensive experience working with executive audiences in Europe, North and South America, Asia, Middle East and Africa. She has taught, directed custom programs, and consulted with multinational companies, including Oracle, BBVA, La Caixa, Banco Santander, Telefónica, Vodafone, Komatsu, Olympus, Boston Scientific and Desigual. She regularly advises early-stage start-ups, incubators and investment funds on issues of business model and technology design.
