Growing your Enterprise Profitably with Prof. Earl Sasser

Join us for an day long leadership masterclass in strategy with renowned Professor Earl Sasser of Harvard Business School on the topic of growing your enterprise, profitably. During the course of the day we will explore this theme with the help of 2 case studies: Dutch Bros. and Ti-Tech. 

The Dutch Bros. case allows us to focus on innovative ways to select and lead people which leads to high levels of loyalty and productivity. Perhaps Dutch Bros. provides a window into a future of service work and workers in which jobs are viewed positively and job satisfaction, trust and engagement are high and instances of worker "ownership" behaviours are frequent.  

The Ti-Tech case looks at determining which set of orders a firm should accept, which quickly gets us into a complex set of strategic issues about which orders best fit the long-term strategy versus those which might have a positive financial impact in the short run.
