Brian MacNeice, the co-author of Powerhouse, will be hosted in Limerick by Keogh Ryan Tierney to present his insights into designing a successful performance leadership strategy. Brian will speak about his book "Powerhouse", which takes a look at twelve diverse leading organisations across the globe. It shows how performance leadership arises by design rather than accident. It identifies the commonalities between the organisations and their business models, and where their success lies. It presents a valuable performance transformation approach for ambitious leaders.
