We now live in a world of AI. How can we ensure that transparency and fairness come into our decision making while understanding the challenges that AI will bring to our business?
Joining us on November 12th in the wonderful setting of RIAM in association with MCCP, Professor Inés Alegre will lead an interactive Leadership Insights session on “Ethical Challenges in AI Development"
In this interactive 90 minute session, we will cover:
- How do AI systems work?
- Governmental, social and managerial challenges of AI implementation
- Some questions to ask ourselves when using or implementing AI in our organisations.

Inés Alegre
Inés holds a Phd in Management from IESE Business School and a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (UPC).
She is also VP of Product Development at Shalion, a retail media solutions firm that provides market research data on more than 700 retailers worldwide to global brands.
Her research and publications are focused on the area of entrepreneurship and data analytics and she has published several book chapters and research papers on associated topics.
