Masterclass
We are delighted to share the details of our upcoming alumni masterclass "Entrepreneurial Mindset" taking place on 2 December at 10am where we will be joined by Prof Christoph Zott, Professor of Entrepreneurship at IESE Business School.
How can you more effectively manage in a time of severe crisis?
What can you learn from entrepreneurial leaders in this regard?
The key idea of this alumni masterclass is to engage in a reflection and discussion about personal leadership responses to crises. Prof Zott will provide examples of entrepreneurial leaders who have shown remarkable resilience and resourcefulness—two exemplary qualities of entrepreneurial leaders—during crises. The examples will highlight the importance of adopting an opportunity-oriented mindset and of paying attention to your emotions, as well as the emotions of those around you, for managing extremely volatile, uncertain and potentially threatening situations.
Based on these ideas, we will engage in a discussion about specific behaviours that can help us lead better through crises. Prof Zott will conclude the session by sharing an action-oriented framework about entrepreneurial leadership skills that promote resilience and resourcefulness and thereby empower you to successfully confront and manage tough crisis situations.
