This Masterclass will include a session on the AI landscape and how it is impacting in different ways on various businesses and industries.
There will be a case study discussion on Google and Chat GPT which will draw out differences in types of AI so participants can reflect on which variation is most likely to impact on their businesses.
An interactive session on 'Developing a Digital Mindset' will help participants understand the six capabilities that need to be developed and integrated into their traditional organisations so as to best exploit their current business model and remain competitive in the future.
The Masterclass will include a mix of case discussion, interactive lecture, and workshop formats.
