Joining us from November 23-24, Prof Miquel Llado will lead an insightful overnight masterclass exploring how best to respond to the challenges leaders face today.
From attending this masterclass, Leaders will be able to learn from real life business case studies as Prof Llado lifts the lid on capturing, retaining, developing talent at the world renowned Masia Academy at FC Barcelona.
Prof Llado will also dive into how leaders from major US retailer, JCPenny navigated, devised and implemented strategic changes during turbulent times. Leaders will examine what learnings we can capture from their experience by exploring the importance of understanding consumer behaviour and company culture, before making disruptive decisions.
This overnight masterclass will take place in Kilkea Castle, Co KIldare over 2 half days. The format of the masterclass will be:
