Biases & Intuition in Decision-Making, Professor Ines Alegre

Professor Ines Alegre, will join us for the evening to share her views and facilitate a debate on this critical leadership skill.  She will focus on some of the most common behavioural biases and how to overcome them, as often there is a reliance on intuition and experience when making decisions, but fast thinking may lead us to systematic errors and biases.

This is an excellent opportunity for alumni of the Timoney Leadership Institute and IESE Business School to network in person, especially if you are in the Dublin area.
