Alumni Leadership Learning Circles

With the impacts of a global pandemic and Brexit, now more than ever, Leaders are responding to major challenges and must continue to handle and minimise the disruption to all facets of their operations. We have seen businesses being forced to reinvent themselves in terms of what they do and how they do it.

In these times of crisis, many leaders are struggling to navigate their operations and face pressure to have a solution-based approach to dealing with the current obstacles. In order to support our alumni through this leadership journey, we have created Alumni Leadership Learning Circles. An environment where leaders can raise a challenge in a safe, confidential space with fellow alumni. Alumni can benefit from exposure to new ideas and will obtain a different viewpoint from the expertise of their peers.

Spread over 2 x 60 minute sessions on 2 consecutive weeks, each participant will share their challenge with the group before the 1^st session, which will allow everyone an opportunity to consider each challenge.
